Greensburg
Greensburg, Pennsylvania is a city of approximately 60,000 people. It is located in the Laurel Highlands area of Pennsylvania at the foothills of the Appalachia Mountains. It is part of the much larger Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area and is considered a suburb of Pittsburgh.
Located in Westmoreland County, Greensburg boasts the largest mall in the area, the Westmoreland Mall. It is also home to two institutions of higher learning, Seton Hill University and the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg. There are branch campuses of Triangle Tech, Carlow University and Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in the city as well. Greensburg residents are also within a short drive of the campuses of Westmoreland County Community College and Saint Vincent College.
