Imnaha
Imnaham, OR is a little city that is found within Oregon that features lots of great history and countryside. The views are what bring people from miles around to visit. The nearest city is Joseph, Oregon, which is around 30 miles away. It is to the west of Imnaham and is connected to the city by the Oregon Route 350. The next closest city is Enterprise, Oregon, which is a total of 35 miles away. The city of Imnaham is at the point of the Snake River that is known for the views found in Hells Canyon. The city got its name from a Native American chief that named it after the word Imnaha that in his language meant, “Land ruled over by Imna.” The climate in the city is perfect with temperatures that never reach over 71.6 degrees. The climate never gets too hot but keeps warm temperatures so that the tourists can enjoy the outside activities as well as the many indoor activities offered in and around Imnaham.
