Buffalo
Buffalo is too small to be a town and was designated as a “place” by the most recent census. Its claim to fame is that it was the hometown of an NFL coach, Dom Capers, but aside from that, there's not much here. The closest city is Cambridge, which is known for glass factories, bridges shaped like an “S”, and the nearby Appalachian Mountains. In the entire area, there are only about 11,000 people, but there's also a hydraulic fracturing industry, and one of the largest conservatories in the world is not far away.
