Calcutta
Calcutta, Ohio is located on the eastern side of the state, along the Pennsylvania border. Prior to being named Calcutta, the city has been called by Nineveh and Foulkstown since it was first laid out in 1810. This census designated place supports a population of approximately 3,500 people in Columbiana County. It is often considered part of East Liverpool, Ohio, which lies south of Calcutta on top of the Ohio River.
