The splendid 13-acre campus is also home to a biodynamic garden growing fruits and vegetables year round using biodynamic principles. Healthy residents can buy a garden plot at the school, and the industrious students will raise the food, which the hungry residents can then pick up year round. Some of the wonderful produce available only to those owning a garden plot includes vitamin-rich broccoli, fresh lettuce, crisp celery, tasty winter squash, beautiful cucumbers, and a wide assortment of peppers.
